CANCELLATION POLICY

In the case of any unforeseen circumstances, or policies in your organization change, and you can no longer attend FRHR Conference 2017, you can cancel your registration and receive a full refund, less a N35,000 administration fees, up to March 20th, 2017. From March 21st, 2017 to April 10th, 2017 you can cancel your registration and receive a 50% refund. After April 10th, 2017 we will not be able to refund your registration if you cancel, however you can make a substitution at any time for a sum of N35, 000 fee. Please see the substitution policy for details. If you don’t attend the Conference and have paid your registration fee, you will not be refunded.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Substitutions, including those made on-site, are allowed with the written permission of the original registrant. You may submit your request via email or mail. Please note there will be a processing fee of N35, 000 for any substitution.

PAYMENT

A purchase order is not an accepted form of payment.

If you arrive on-site with a balance due, you will be required to pay the full on-site price for the package selected.

DISCOUNTS

Only ONE (1) discount may be applied to an individual registration. Under no circumstances can any of the discounts be combined. Your registration must be paid in full before the Early Bird and/or other Discount deadlines in order to receive the pricing for those discounts.

GROUP (5+) DISCOUNT

If you purchase five (5) or more Conference registration passes at the same time you will automatically receive a 10% discount per attendee registration. To receive the Group Discount, you will be required to purchase a minimum of five (5) Conference passes using a single payment in a single transaction. At the time of purchase you will be sent, via email, a unique Registration Code that you can distribute to the individuals in your group. Each individual will be required to enter this group Registration Code as they begin their registration process.

GROUP (20+) DISCOUNT

If you purchase twenty (20) or more Conference registration passes at the same time you will automatically receive a 20% discount per attendee registration. To receive the Group Discount, you will be required to purchase a minimum of twenty (20) Conference passes using a single payment in a single transaction. At the time of purchase you will be sent, via email, a unique Registration Code that you can distribute to the individuals in your group. Each individual will be required to enter this group Registration Code as they begin their registration process.

CONFERENCE STUDENT/ACADEMIC RATE

Where applicable, proof of your student/academic standing will be required when you check in on-site. Students must bring a copy of their class schedule showing 12 units or credits and valid student ID. Students must also be at least 18 years old at the time of attendance. Fulltime Professors must bring a valid, accredited university ID. Failure to produce proof of academic status will result in a charge of the full on-site Conference registration fee of N150, 000.

AGE LIMITATION

Attendees must be 18 years of age to attend Future-Ready HR Conference. Requests for any exception to this term must be made in writing to Conference Management.

PHOTOGRAPHY, AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDING

Future-Ready HR Conference is held in a public space, therefore we do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organizations and other companies from photographing or video or audio-taping some Conference activities. FRHR Conference reserves the right to use images taken at the Conference with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials. Your acceptance of this clause serves as a release to the conference organisers, exhibitors, sponsors, news organizations and other companies from any liability.

ADMITTANCE

In our sole discretion, without refund, we reserve the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the Conference anyone that we determine is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the Conference or any other attendee.
